The Website and the Services posted on the ngoinhamang.vn website belong entirely to NNM.Cloud. Your use of this website and these services implies that you agree strictly to the contents provided in this Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “TOS”).

1.4. Services
Refers strictly to the public digital items distributed through our website panel.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You are explicitly forbidden/not allowed to utilize the purchased services for any motive or purpose that violates Vietnamese legal regulations, including:
2.1. Illegal Data
Storing, linking, distributing, or transferring data that is considered illegal, against the State, or advocating acts of terrorism or war.
2.2. Intellectual Property Violations
Storing and circulating data that intrinsically encourages or constitutes law violations, primarily including infringements upon pure Intellectual Property Rights (IP) and copyrights.
2.3. Viral Distribution
Uploading, mailing, broadcasting, or actively transferring documents comprising destructive software viruses or computer codes configured to interrupt infrastructures.
2.4. System Interference
Performing sabotaging interferences disrupting the steady use of the ecosystem server by other regular customers.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Customer
3.1. Data Accuracy
You bear total liability before the law regarding the declared purpose of use and the accuracy of the identity information you provide.
3.2. Resource Management
You singularly functionally operate and maintain proper logic rules to secure your own service space; meaning full direct accountability relies upon you if loose internal security results in data hijacking operations.
3.3. Security and Backup
You MUST inherently pull periodic local offline archives to absolutely safeguard your active website operations. We provide disaster-recovery infrastructures but not guaranteed daily user-level checkpoints.
3.4. Notice Acknowledgement
You rationally understand and comply that NNM.Cloud can legitimately engage your endpoints to push systematic emails/SMS notices detailing expiry invoices.
4. Rights and Responsibilities of NNM.Cloud
4.1. Quality Commitment
We rigidly promise stable uptime assistance enabling smooth deployments inside the authorized boundaries.
4.2. Issue Resolution
We logically mitigate tickets directly related to the core hardware layer running components.
4.3. Security Measures
We formulate proactive perimeter walls buffering broad systemic disruptions natively and requesting manual verifications reacting immediately toward suspicious internal activities.
4.4. Suspension Rights
Depending on absolute scale impact factors, NNM.Cloud asserts independent privileges to halt, mute or wipe the account instance for TOS violations.
5. Payment and Renewal
5.1. Proactive Renewal
You hold dedicated active tracking responsibilities over real-time expiration meters. The base rule demands clearing subscription dues gracefully 10 full days ahead.
5.2. Data Loss Exemption
Exceeding limits and losing total data clusters strictly falls outside NNM.Cloud’s structural liability if negligence led directly to failed invoices.
6. Liability Limits
Extraordinary catastrophic events outscaling typical physical failover buffers (force majeure via physical line cuts, global routes outaging natively) relieve NNM.Cloud from attempting invisible compensations repairing intangible profit potentials naturally lost within short windows concurrently.
